It said that instead of focusing on cutting things out (like unhealthy food), you should focus on putting something different IN and eventually it will crowd out the bad habit. Like, instead of "I'm cutting out all junk food", you should say "I'm taking my vitamins every day, drinking 3 bottles of water and eating 2 snacks of a fresh fruit or veggie" (or whatever you need to begin doing better). I've been trying it for 2 weeks and amazingly, I'm not nearly as tempted by junk or as hungry as I usually am.
