The Non-Response from B & B Works

Here's the non-response I got back from Bath & Body Works. You can read my original post HERE.

The pictures are intended to reflect product benefit by focusing on healthy, beautiful and glowing skin. We understand and respect the opinions of others about what may be judged as fashionable imagery. Bath and Body Works will continue to evaluate input from our customers and will take your comments into consideration.

  1. Wow. What do you say to that "Politically Correct" response? BTW, did you write them back and tell them you're not shopping there and have friends who won't either? Just curious what kind of response that would elicit.

  2. I went on Saturday as I mentioned in my comment on your original post, and lo and behold, there it was splashed on the wall behind the cash registers. I could feel my face getting hot as I walked up to the register with my sale items...and then when my pastor's wife went after me she said she didn't even look up while she was in line.

    It's appalling, inexcusable, and pretty pathetic that they more or less wrote you off and justified that what they're doing is fine while "respecting the opinions of others"...blah blah BLAH.

  3. If I could take it down I would. The response was not good enough. They are not respecting the opinions of others. They seem to only care about getting your money for the things you buy. I wouldnt shop there if it were me.
